Style is simple

How to make art go easier on you.

I’m back, and here's some sh*t I'd like to say.

One thing that happens when you practice and practice something so f***ing much. I mean so much. Like so much. Like photography for instance. One thing that happens is that you notice that the whole process becomes SIMPLE.

You value what is SIMPLE.

And the "COMPLEX" goes RIGHT out the window.

Now you may know what I'm talking about here or you may not know. But I'm sure that even if you take driving for instance. I mean that sh*t is just so second nature now that you can literally do it while texting on your phone (hypothetically speaking).

And if you were to try to then explain to someone how to drive you'd probably just say "well you get in, turn it on and then hit the gas and steer. Simple!"

Right!

So now what I'm getting at here is that this same thing applies to photography or any other art form as well. With ENOUGH practice then it becomes very SIMPLE.

If there is not ENOUGH practice, then it may look "COMPLEX" to you.

Now..............

Here's where I'm about to drop the mic on you and say something possibly controversial and aggravating to some.

If the subject is COMPLEX, then you need to take someone's word for it because you yourself don't understand it enough for it to be simple.

So then the camera shop says to you "this $8999 new camera is going to SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM"

How does it solve it? By turning you into a paraplegic in a wheelchair who STILL doesn't know how to take photos, but a least now you've got a super robot gizmo-tron which is gonna do everything for you.

Now maybe I've gone off course a little bit on this one but my point I'm trying to make with regards photographic is PRACTICE trumps TECH every time.

The better you understand what you're doing in photography, the less complicated it is and hence the less advanced over-the-top technology you actually need to get the results you want.

See my video rant here if you're still not convinced.

So therefore MY solution for you if you want photography to be SIMPLE is to take my course.

Much love, and more coming soon to you. Thank you for reading. I appreciate your time.
